I have a soft spot for the Story Bridge. I attended All Hallows School at its northern end and spent many an hour staring out the classroom window at the bridge. My family have often celebrated happy events in Captain Bourke Park (even taking our set of boules for a game) and my son now lives in the highrise on the far right under the bridge in your wonderful shot of the bridge and the moon. Thank you for a wonderful set of photos!

Hi Mary. I’m glad you connected with the images. For me this is what photography is all about – those little triggers that unexpectedly send the mind off on a journey. Thank you for sharing this with us.

The Story Bridge is one of Brisbane’s most recognisable icons and its location makes it a natural for photography. I’m glad you like the images. Thanks for stopping by.
