Weekly Photo Challenge: Free Spirit

It was not my intention to use images from my archive so from a personal point of view I am still obligated to shoot something that fits the bill. However when I read this weeks challenge and saw the image posted by Strauss Louw I immediately thought of the experience and the feeling of freedom I had at 4000 feet.  We were flying in an open cockpit ultralight over Mt Lindesay on the Queensland, New South Wales border.

So I thought I would share this with you.  I hope you like it.

Thank you Louise, I am glad you like the shot. Normally the pilot would be up front but on this occasion he was directly behind me. Taking photographs from the two seater ultralight was an interesting experience and good fun.

I bet you felt like a bird. Such a great experience and so mobile. Hope it was more fun that scary!! 😀
